Ship block subassemblies
Flat and curved panel units, foundations and seatings delivered to a yard for erection.
Hull subassemblies, module frames, deck skids, subsea equipment frames and the transport frames that carry them. Send the drawing; we match it with up to three Vietnamese shops that work to class rules and hold a coating line for marine exposure. They quote you directly.

Primary steel for topside modules and equipment pancakes, with padeyes and seafastening designed for the lift.
Pump, chemical injection, metering and power generation skids with drip trays, lifting frames and certified lifting points.
Protection frames and mudmats for subsea hardware, often in coated carbon steel with cathodic protection provision.
Grillages, cradles and seafastening steel for heavy lifts and ro-ro moves.
Secondary structure that still needs class-approved welds and marine coatings.
Typical call-outs for this class of work, credited to the standards that define them. They describe what buyers ask for, not a capability we hold ourselves. The shop that quotes confirms what it can actually meet.
| Class rules | DNV, ABS, LR or BV rules as named on the drawing; class witness points and material traceability requirements stated up front |
|---|---|
| Material | Shipbuilding grades A, AH36, DH36 or EH36 with 3.2 certificates where class requires witness; S355 for non-class structure |
| Welding | Procedures per ISO 15614 or the class society scheme; welders qualified to ISO 9606 or class rules |
| Lifting points | Padeyes designed and load tested per DNV-ST-N001 or the client lifting specification, with test certificates |
| NDT | Extent per class rules; typically 100% UT on primary butts and MT on padeye welds |
| Coating | NORSOK M-501 systems or ISO 12944 C5-M and CX, on Sa 2½, with DFT and holiday testing recorded |
| Transport | Most module frames are breakbulk; the lift study and seafastening drawing are part of the fabrication scope |
We ask for a recent class-witnessed job before a marine drawing goes to a shop, and we tell you which society it was.
NORSOK and C5-M systems need a controlled shop and an applicator that has been audited. We match to that line, not to the nearest yard.
Breakbulk from an inland shop is a road permit problem. For module frames we weight the shortlist toward shops at or near a deep-water quay.
The full five-stage process is public on how we vet. Use it on your own suppliers if that is more useful than sending us the drawing.
Not sure this is the right category for your part? Email the drawing to and we will say plainly where it fits.
Send it with the destination port. Within 24 business hours we tell you which shops clear the envelope, and up to three of them quote you directly.
We reply within 24 business hours.
